On a solid and mastered folk-rock, Pascal Ottawa sings the lyrics he writes in Atikamekw. He deals with subjects such as Aboriginal languages and values, history, identity, human relations and hope for a better life. An experienced guitarist, Pascal Ottawa has participated in numerous shows and festivals in Quebec, French-speaking Switzerland and Australia. He was also invited for an acoustic performance during the 400th anniversary of Quebec City, a moment he shared with his son who is also a guitarist. A musician since the age of 12, Pascal Ottawa now accompanies many established Aboriginal artists including Sakay Ottawa, Denis Chachai, Shauit, Claude McKenzie and Florent Vollant.
