Biography
Willie Nab is a Naskapi-Cree folk singer-songwriter from Kawawachikamach. Inspired by his friend Shauit and his cousins Christian and Alan Nabinacaboo of Violent Ground, Willie is pursuing his own musical path. Since the release of his first album, he has played in many festivals such as Innu Nikamu, Festival International Présence Autochtone, Mamit Innu Nikamu and Eeyou Nikgamuun. In 2019, he was part of the annual concert of Musique Nomade: Nikamotan MTL - nicw and the first Cabaret Mashtu. This fall, he offers us two new folk-rock works Ma Minat (Until we meet again) and Akua (Attention) recorded with the Musique Nomade team.
